The average person uses 180 litres of water per day. Most four person families use 11,000 litres (half a tank) of water in 2-3 weeks. It’s a good idea to check your tank water levels frequently. If there isn’t a visible tank level indicator which shows the water level from the outside, you will need to look inside your tank.

During the summer months, you will need to keep an eye on the water level so that you don’t run out of water. The best time to order a delivery of water is when the tank is a third full.

Yes, we are. Order online and when you get to the payment option select WINZ quote. Once the quote has been generated it will be emailed to you.  Please send this quote to WINZ for payment. Your booking will be held in our holding bay until payment from WINZ has been received. Once payment from WINZ has been received we will schedule your delivery.

If we have confirmed a delivery date, we will get your water to you on that day. During summer we manage a demanding schedule, hence we are unable to provide a delivery time. We want to get your water to you as soon as possible and our drivers work late into the evenings to ensure this happens. Please refrain from phoning / texting to follow up delivery before 6pm to find out when the driver will be there. Additional calls made to us cause delays and customers wanting to order can’t get through. If it is getting into the evening (later than 6pm) and your water hasn’t yet arrived please call our 0800 number and the call centre will escalate the call.

We service Rodney, Auckland and Franklin areas. If you cannot find the address in the system it means we may not be servicing your area so please send us an email and we’ll see if we can assist.

The majority of our tankers carry 10,000 litres of water, however we are able to deliver just about any amount of water you need.

That’s no problem. We can supply smaller amounts of water, however as the primary costs incurred in the transportation of your water and the time taken for our driver to supply remain the same, we still need to charge for the full tanker load.

Please call our call centre on 0800 50 44 50 and they will escalate this to our Head Office who deal with emergency deliveries.

Most standard residential tanks hold between 3,000 to 5,000 gallons. In litres this is approximately:

13,368 litres (3,000 gallons)

22,730 litres (5,000 gallons)

A delivery of 11,000 litres will half-fill a standard 5,000 gallon tank from empty.

If you’re unable to book the date you want online this means that we are fully booked on this day. The next available date will automatically show when entering your booking.

If this happens it means that we don’t currently service your area

Yes, there is a surcharge for booking water on a public holiday. The surcharge will automatically be added to the booking. (We have to pay our drivers double time on public holidays hence the surcharge).

Unfortunately NO. If our driver is turned away with a full load you will still be charged. As the primary costs incurred in the transportation of your water and the time taken for our driver to supply remain the same, we still need to charge for the full tanker load.

Yes, as long as the truck doesn’t need to move. If we need to pack up hoses and drive to another part of the property there may be an additional charge.

Safety for our drivers and trucks is paramount. Our trucks are large and heavy so if they’re overhanging branches, narrow driveways or the ground isn’t solid there is a good chance we may not be able to complete delivery.  Please keep in mind when booking your delivery where the truck will need to go and ensure that access is achievable. We’d hate to turn up and not be able to deliver due to access issues.

Cancellations must be made at least two days before delivery is due. If a customer cancels an order before 3pm on the day prior to delivery, a cancellation fee of $75.00 applies and will be deducted out of the refund or credit.  Cancellations after 3pm on the day prior to delivery will be payable in full.

Cancellations more than two days before delivery can be held in credit at full value or refunded less a 10% handling fee to cover bank and handling fees.
